Common questions

I paid to remove ads. How do I get that back on a new phone?

Open the game, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Remove Ads and bundles restore for free. Booster packs are used up when spent and don't restore.

I was charged and didn't get my purchase.

Try Restore purchases first. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date and the amount from your Apple receipt. Apple handles all payments and refunds, so you can also request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My progress disappeared.

Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and progress doesn't move between devices yet.

How do I turn off sound or vibration?

Tap the gear icon in any game. Sound and Vibration each have their own switch.

Can I stop ads from being personalized?

Yes. On iPhone, go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and turn off tracking for the game. You'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your activity in other apps. Our privacy policy has the details.
